Rumzum is Kheda district's biggest Navratri. Samarpan Yuva Sanskrutik Charitable Trust holds nine nights of free garba at College Ground. More than 22,000 people come in all, and on the last few nights 13,000 to 20,000 people come each night.
Rumzum is a free garba at College Ground on Dakor Road. It runs from sunset to sunrise, and on most nights people play garba till morning. Entry is free with a digital pass on WhatsApp.

Kapadvanj is known for sheri garba, played in the town's old lanes. The garba song “Kapadvanj ni Sheriyo” is named after these lanes, and singers including Kamlesh Barot have recorded it. The town's old name, Karpatvanijya, comes from its cloth trade more than a thousand years ago.
Rumzum is held at the College Ground on Dakor Road. Families come from the taluka's 100-plus villages and from Kathlal, Balasinor, Bayad and Dehgam, 18 to 41 km away by road.

Aakash Sharma leads Aakash Kalavrund, his group for live ras-garba, bhajan and music evenings. He sang for the khelaiyas at Rumzum in 2023 and 2024, and has sung Navratri garba in Uganda, in Kampala (2018) and Jinja (2025). In 2026 he is back on the College Ground stage.
